By using Crystal you agree with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Crystal is an OG Fortnite (OGFN) project that offers users access to a custom, legacy Fortnite experience for entertainment purposes. The service is provided free of charge and is not affiliated with Epic Games. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any part of the service, and to ban or blacklist users at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must not engage in cheating, abuse, exploitation, unauthorized access, hacking, or any activity intended to compromise, disrupt, or manipulate Crystal's systems, services, or data. Attempting to obtain donation perks or benefits without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on Crystal are owned by the project or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crystal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Refund Policy

We do not give out refunds after paying for donation perks. All donations are final.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Crystal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
